What does it do?
In short: math
“How Big Can I Get?” takes your measurements (height, wrist circumference, ankle circumference and bodyfat) and based on this, tells you the maximum size you can get to.

Okay, here are my measurements and here are my results from “How Big Can I Get?”, I am 5’7 (170.18 cms) tall, my ankles measure 9 inches, my wrists measure 7 inches and I’d like to stay at around 13.5% bodyfat.
A couple things to note here, How Big Can I Get? bases measurements on a static bodyfat percentage. We all gain weight in different places, there’s no way to calculate (accurately) how big your chest or thighs could be above 10% bodyfat. The lean mass however can be easily calculated!
How accurate is it?
Very. I have strength trained for 13 years, and I’d wager I am close to my genetic potential. I am 192 lbs and How Big Can I Get? says my maximum is 197 lbs. Bad news for me, as this means I can gain a maximum of 5 lbs of lean mass for the rest of my life. Basically it’s all downhill from here.
